Derived Data Types

The derived data type is a complex classification that identifies one or various data types and is made up of primitive data types.User has the flexibility to create those own types that have advanced properties and uses far beyond those of the basic primitive data types.In order to create a new data type you have to select the root element of the project tree, then you can either open the context menu and choose the appropriate voice frpm Add>New definition, or you can choose the appropriate voice from Project>New Object>New definition.In both cases you will have to choose from six different derived data types, which will bedescribed in the following paragraphs
