Hardware properties
The page shows a set of parameters grouped by significance. There are 3 types of settings:Checkbox: for TRUE/FALSE Boolean valuesCombobox: for closed multiple choicesInsertion field for numerical or text valuesThe parameters are divided into two groups:For expert parameters: this modification is criticalGeneral parameters: parameters for customizationOnly the main parameters are displayed when the Options window is opened. Click the Expert Mode option to access advanced parameters.Be very careful when changing advanced parameters: changing these parameters may block the application.The user is free to change hardware type; “admissible” parameters are maintained from one type to another. The user is required to check that the parameters are “correct” after hardware is changed.
For numerical values, there are checks of inserted data in order to prevent the setting of off-limit values:In case of off-range settings, a popup signals the error and corrects the setting:
