System functions for alarms management

At present, only the alarm acknowledge functions are available.The following functions can be called up from the operator panel:

• AlarmAck: acknowledges a single alarm; requires the pointer at the alarm as input parameter.
• AlarmAckAll: acknowledges all active alarms; does not require any parameters.
