Power Rails
The LD network is delimited on the left side by a vertical line known as the left power rail, and on the right side by a vertical line known as the right power rail. The right power rail may be explicit in the GF_ProjectVX code implementation and it is always shown.The two power rails are always connected with a horizontal line named signal link. All LD elements should be placed and connected to the signal link.
