pll vs plclib Format

The .pll was the old library format used by GF_ProjectVX code; even if .pll format is still supported by GF_ProjectVX code, we strongly recommend to use .plclib format.The .plclib format is the new library format used by GF_ProjectVX code; it can handle all the newest feature of GF_ProjectVX code: for example you can export blocks with images associated, or you can export entire folder to a library in order to better organize your objects, when import- ing you will import the library non just a list of objects.
