N.T.P. versiion 4

The version 4 is compatible with the previous one where the header of the message has been modified to allow Ipv6 support. The calucation’s algorithm of the time has been refined allowing to reach, under optimum conditions, the accuracy of 10us. Starting from tha atomic clocks, thorough a layered structure, the NTP is able to estimate and compensate all systematic errors of the hardare’s system clock.
