Use inside Field grid

The described scenario allows write access (PLC side) to variables coming from the Fieldbus (devices connected in Modbus TCP and RTU). PLC values are written over Modbus variables.By default, the value will be written periodically. The updating mode can be changed in “GF_Net”, in the “Dialog mode” and “EnableoneShot” columns of the field variable (Fieldbus variables grid).Wiring between arrays and strings, and reciprocal “wiring” between variables, are not possible.By selecting the cell, you can:

• directly insert the name of the variable
• select the variable from a list

When a variable is “wired,” in “GF_Net” the colour of the variable in the “Label” column changes from black to blue in order to emphasize that from this point on the variable in question will not be visible to the other devices on the network.
